Regional Solutions and Communication Manager

About the role

As the Regional Solutions and Communication Manager, you will shape Jotun’s brand presence across more than 30 markets in the MEIA region. Working from Dubai, you will partner with sales, marketing and category teams to create tools, campaigns and messaging that drive business results and reinforce Jotun’s position as the leading paints and coatings provider.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional communication strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing and category teams.
• Create toolkits, frameworks and branding assets to support product launches and local campaigns.
• Develop and distribute communication materials across all channels, including digital, PR, exhibitions and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise 360° communication plans.
• Manage the regional digital presence – LinkedIn, website, presentations and shared asset banks.
• Lead agency coordination and ensure successful execution of exhibitions, conferences and customer engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2C/B2B communications, brand management or public relations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with regional and global teams.
• Self‑driven, proactive and solution‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
