Registered Nurse – Critical Care (UAE National)

About the role

Amana Healthcare, part of the M42 network, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its high‑acuity critical care team. The role involves delivering comprehensive, high‑quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment.
• Operate and manage life‑support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one.
• UAE national.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of Medical‑Surgical/ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
