Relationship Manager

About the role

An established DFSA‑regulated wealth management and investment advisory firm in Dubai is looking for a Relationship Manager to grow and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. The role combines client acquisition, portfolio discussions, wealth planning support and business development across a sophisticated investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Drive new client acquisition and contribute to growth in assets under management.
• Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate wealth management solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio review discussions.
• Collaborate with investment specialists to deliver tailored investment strategies.
• Support client onboarding and account opening activities.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and relationship management while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory or a related field.
• Established network of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients in the UAE.
• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Proactive, client‑centric approach with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of investment products including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products and alternative investments.
