About the role
The Relationship Manager will serve a portfolio of high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, delivering personalized banking services that foster strong, long‑term relationships. The role focuses on driving profitable contributions for both the client and Mashreq while preserving client loyalty and respect.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored service to HNW clients, building close relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance‑sheet sales and revenue through cross‑selling of bank products.
- Generate new business from HNW individuals via referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
- Educate clients on the full range of financial services offered by the bank.
- Achieve annual and monthly financial targets, including cross‑sell and up‑sell objectives for existing and new customers.
