About the role

Support Unit Managers in maintaining complex, multi‑product Group relationships and originate new transactions across the bank’s product suite to meet financial and non‑financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and grow Group relationships with turnover > AED 3 Bn.
Originate transactions across the bank’s product suite.
Coordinate deal execution between clients and product teams.
Collaborate with Credit Relationship Managers on financial analysis, credit risk assessment, risk rating, and facility structuring.
Prepare credit proposals, meet customers, and liaise with WRM and Compliance.
Maximize utilization of approved credit limits and address operational or documentation requirements.
Support the Unit Manager in executing relationship strategy and account plans.

Required profile

Experience in corporate banking or relationship management within services and manufacturing sectors.
Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
Ability to work closely with credit, compliance, and product teams.
UAE national eligibility as specified.
