About the role
Support Unit Managers in maintaining complex, multi‑product Group relationships and originate new transactions across the bank’s product suite to meet financial and non‑financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow Group relationships with turnover > AED 3 Bn.
- Originate transactions across the bank’s product suite.
- Coordinate deal execution between clients and product teams.
- Collaborate with Credit Relationship Managers on financial analysis, credit risk assessment, risk rating, and facility structuring.
- Prepare credit proposals, meet customers, and liaise with WRM and Compliance.
- Maximize utilization of approved credit limits and address operational or documentation requirements.
- Support the Unit Manager in executing relationship strategy and account plans.
Required profile
- Experience in corporate banking or relationship management within services and manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
- Ability to work closely with credit, compliance, and product teams.
- UAE national eligibility as specified.
