Reliability Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Reliability Engineering Team to improve reliability and operational performance across complex technologies. You will prevent failures throughout product and service lifecycles by driving initiatives, leading investigations, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
• Manage FRACAS activities using DMAIC methodology and develop cause maps.
• Participate in risk assessments, deviation waivers, management of change, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Execute field incident management processes and support lifecycle management through monitoring and corrective actions.
• Analyse performance data, develop KPIs, and share lessons learned across global operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Eligible to work in the UAE without sponsorship.
