Remote Human Resources Specialist

About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to support our fully remote team. You will help manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and process improvements while ensuring a positive remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment tracking.
• Respond to employee inquiries, uphold confidentiality, and ensure policy compliance.
• Utilize HR systems and communication tools to track metrics and improve workflows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further HR or business education is a plus.
