Remote JavaScript Developer – Full‑Stack (Python & JS)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote JavaScript Developer to join a client that builds commercial and research AI solutions. The position is full‑time and allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to cutting‑edge model training and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Run evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with criteria.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators on reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and reward‑model refinement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Experience conducting thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerisation and deployment.
• Understanding of performance measurement tools and methodologies.
