Remote JavaScript & Python Full‑Stack Developer for AI

About the role

We are seeking a Python‑plus‑Full‑Stack JavaScript developer to join a client building commercial and research AI solutions for US‑based companies. The position is fully remote and focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators on reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and reward‑model refinement.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience writing readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to perform thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
