Remote Law Clerk – Commercial Real Estate & Energy

About the role
We are seeking a remote Law Clerk to support our client’s commercial real estate and energy legal teams. The contractor will draft, review and manage transaction documents while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and prepare commercial real estate and energy contracts, lease agreements, and related transactional documents.
- Conduct legal research on real estate and energy law, including regulatory compliance and due diligence.
- Manage transactional documentation, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Coordinate with legal teams, clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or enrollment in an accredited law school with at least two years completed.
- Prior experience as a law clerk or legal assistant, preferably in commercial real estate or energy sectors.
- Strong proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and lease agreements.
