Reservations Agent – Hospitality & Ticketing

About the role

Crazy Horse Paris – The Dubai Edition is looking for a polished, commercially‑aware Reservations Agent to manage bookings, ticketing and nightly seating optimisation. You will work closely with the Reservations & Sales Manager to ensure guests receive a premium experience from the first phone call to the night of the performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservations and ticketing enquiries via phone, email, SevenRooms and partner channels, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and optimise the seating plan for each performance, balancing party sizes, VIP priority and venue capacity.
• Maintain guest profiles, seating assignments and special requests in SevenRooms, ensuring real‑time updates.
• Provide a professional, warm telephone service, handling bookings, amendments and guest concerns.
• Identify upselling opportunities for premium tickets, dinner experiences and VIP packages.
• Coordinate nightly operational handover, flagging VIPs, special guests and accessibility needs.
• Support partner and trade reservations, ensuring correct source attribution and inventory allocation.
• Assist with reporting on booking activity, seating utilisation and reservation accuracy.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in reservations, ticketing, hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Proficiency with SevenRooms and other ticketing platforms.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to optimise seating layouts.
• Excellent telephone manner and guest‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and handle last‑minute changes.
