About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests seeking to book rooms. You will deliver high‑quality customer service, guide guests through the booking process, and ensure reservations are recorded accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Process reservation details accurately, including guest information and payment verification.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any booking‑related concerns.
• Promote special offers, packages, and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to manage room inventory.
• Support group bookings and other special reservation requests as needed.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.
