Restaurant Cleaner (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Cleaner to join our team at Abu Kaabi Kabab Restaurant and Grills in Abu Dhabi. The role involves keeping all areas of the restaurant clean and hygienic to ensure a pleasant experience for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in dining, kitchen, restroom and storage areas.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, countertops and equipment after each service.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to health‑safety standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic organization of storage areas as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic hygiene, food safety and workplace health‑safety practices, or willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, move around the restaurant and lift light to moderate loads.
• Good time‑management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, service and management staff.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic communication skills in English or local languages.
