Restaurant General Manager – French Concept

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a new French concept at Jumeirah Al Qasr. This senior position will oversee all aspects of the signature dining outlet, ensuring it meets the brand’s luxury standards and delivers memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the French signature dining outlet, aligning with overall F&B objectives.
• Lead, mentor and coach Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance and enforce cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, consistency and menu innovation.
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing.
• Represent the signature dining division in executive meetings and contribute to property‑wide strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in fine‑dining or signature restaurant environments.
• Proven senior leadership experience in F&B operations with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement skills and the ability to uphold Jumeirah’s service standards.
