Restaurant General Manager – Signature Dining

About the role

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead its signature dining outlets. This senior position oversees multiple venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and alignment with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for signature restaurants, supporting overall F&B objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across several outlets, maintaining seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure food quality, consistency, and menu innovation.
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for quality and cost efficiency.
• Represent the signature dining division in executive meetings and contribute to property‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in senior F&B leadership roles.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multi‑outlet operations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to act on performance data.
