Restaurant Manager – Al Khayma Lounge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations at Al Khayma Lounge, a new upscale brand. You will ensure high‑quality service, manage financial performance and drive a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet brand standards.
• Implement service standards, operational procedures, health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports (wastage, sales, logbook, requisitions) to the Operations Manager.
• Promote and manage catering, banquet, reception and takeaway orders.
• Review monthly P&L, set sales targets and take actions to achieve them.
• Greet guests, ensure an excellent dining experience and handle complaints.
• Control inventory, monitor food cost and compare against budget.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff to maintain a skilled, engaged team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• At least 3 years in a Restaurant Manager role, preferably in upscale or luxury venues.
• Strong leadership, people management and guest relations skills.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume operations and financial performance.
