About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house operations at a premier Turkish dining destination in Dubai. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house activities, maintaining high table turnover and seamless service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Monitor sales performance, P&L statements, and control costs to achieve monthly financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory inspections.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the UAE food and beverage sector.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and guest service standards.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
