Restaurant Manager

About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at Swingers – The Crazy Golf Club, you will lead a vibrant venue that combines mini‑golf, street food, cocktails and a high‑energy party atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable guest experience while overseeing all operational aspects of the restaurant, bar and entertainment areas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across mini‑golf, food service, bars and guest experience.
• Recruit, train and develop a passionate team focused on high‑quality service.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, cost control and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Manage budgets, P&L and operational KPIs to drive profitability.
• Foster a fun, inclusive and high‑energy team culture aligned with the Swingers brand.
• Build relationships with local partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Be present on the floor during service to lead by example.

Required profile

• 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment or high‑volume venues.
• Proven track record in team leadership, guest experience and operational performance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
• Passion for creating fun, engaging and memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Energetic, proactive and adaptable with a hands‑on approach.
• Experience working in the UAE.
