Restaurant Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operation of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Andorra. The role requires a professional with Michelin‑starred restaurant experience who can deliver world‑class guest experiences in a refined luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing restaurant team.
• Maintain compliance with 5‑star hospitality and fine‑dining service standards.
• Keep comprehensive knowledge of menus, wine lists and beverage offerings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and ambiance.
• Manage reservations, staffing schedules and overall operational performance.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Michelin‑starred restaurant in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French or Catalan is a strong advantage.
• Valid passport, clear criminal record and ability to meet Andorran employment regulations.
• Strong team‑management, communication and guest‑relations abilities.
• Professional presentation, high energy and a guest‑focused approach.
