Restaurant Manager – MAF Entertainment Cinemas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage operations within our cinema venues. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, delegating tasks and monitoring staff performance.
• Ensure 100% table visits, resolve guest complaints, manage reservations and uphold high service standards.
• Develop promotions, events, annual sales plans and upselling initiatives to drive revenue.
• Maintain food and beverage quality through line checks, tastings, kitchen coordination and menu availability.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate and develop team members.
• Plan workforce schedules, manage vacation planning, maintain staff records and coordinate HR matters.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, audits, reporting, health & safety and incident management.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, ambiance, lighting, music and overall operational readiness.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and meeting service standards.
• Strong business mindset with ability to grow revenue and optimise costs.
• Excellent people management, interpersonal and team development abilities.
• Hands‑on knowledge of retail/F&B operations and strong IT literacy.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
