About the role
The Restaurant Waiter will serve food and beverages to guests at Villamore Restaurant, delivering courteous, professional and efficient service in line with Kempinski’s standards. The role supports sales, maximises guest satisfaction and upholds the hotel’s DNA values.
Key responsibilities
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on portions, ingredients and allergens, and perform upselling.
- Serve food and beverages, arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Handle guest enquiries, report complaints to supervisors and ensure follow‑up.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, monitor supplies and keep the work area clean.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury five‑star hotel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS ordering software.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage items and ability to explain menu details.
