Restaurant Waiter – Villamore Restaurant

About the role

Join the Villamore Restaurant team in Dubai as a Restaurant Waiter, delivering courteous and professional service to guests in line with Kempinski’s luxury standards. You will be responsible for creating a pleasant dining experience while supporting sales and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, portions, and potential allergens.
• Present the menu, answer guest questions, and upsell items appropriately.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS ordering system.
• Communicate orders to kitchen staff and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Arrange table settings, keep the dining area tidy, and ensure cleanliness of the work environment.
• Deliver checks, collect payments, and handle guest enquiries courteously.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and reduce waste.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Report guest complaints to supervisors and follow up to ensure resolution.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar restaurant or hotel service role.
• Preferably experience in an international, luxury five‑star hotel environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to present menus and explain ingredients or allergens.
• Upselling techniques and product knowledge.
• Proficiency with POS ordering software.
• Attention to detail in service and cleanliness.
