Resubmission Officer

About the role

The Resubmission Officer reviews returned or rejected cases, identifies errors or missing information, corrects them, and ensures accurate resubmission within required timeframes. The role involves coordination, documentation, and maintaining records.

Key responsibilities

• Review returned, rejected, or incomplete cases and determine reasons for rejection.
• Check documents for accuracy and completeness, identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain required information or documents.
• Make necessary corrections and resubmit cases through the appropriate system.
• Follow up on pending and previously submitted cases, monitoring progress and status.
• Maintain accurate records, update the system regularly, and ensure supporting documents are attached.
• Communicate with departments to resolve issues and avoid delays; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Prepare periodic reports on pending, rejected, and resubmitted cases.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; Business Administration, Management, or Commerce preferred.
• Additional training in documentation, administration, or computer applications is an advantage.
