Retail Sales Assistant – Mina Zayed

About the role
The Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver a memorable shopping experience at the Toys 'R' Us store in Mina Zayed. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, create a positive first impression and adhere to dress code.
- Provide accurate product information and assist purchasing decisions.
- Offer attentive service in fitting rooms and follow‑up promptly.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handle gift cards and keep the cash wrap tidy.
- Capture customer data accurately in the database.
- Thank customers on exit and invite them to return.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Proficiency with CAD tools for visual merchandising (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
