Retail Sales Director – Mobile & Accessories (Kiosk Cluster)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Retail Sales Director to lead our Mobile & Accessories kiosk network in the UAE. The role oversees sales, profitability, operational performance, inventory productivity, customer experience, and people development across the kiosk cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the kiosk network, owning revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and sales productivity targets.
• Set and monitor annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, translating business objectives into clear targets for each kiosk.
• Drive improvement of retail KPIs such as sales per square foot, conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction, gross margin, attachment and cross‑sell rates, and inventory turnover.
• Identify and evaluate high‑potential locations, build business cases, and lead the rollout of new kiosks.
• Maintain strong operational controls, ensure consistent brand standards and an engaging customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging accessory categories to keep the product proposition competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior retail sales leadership, preferably in high‑volume, small‑format environments.
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue and profitability growth.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management and customer experience optimization.
• Ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering people development.
• Strategic thinker with experience in network expansion and business development.
