Retail Supervisor – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Retail Supervisor will act as an ambassador of the maison, welcoming guests and supporting the Store Manager in leading the boutique team. In the manager’s absence, the Supervisor takes full responsibility for daily operations and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to build long‑term client relationships and monitor CRM targets for the boutique and individual stylists.
• Supervise client database, coordinate gifting and activation campaigns, and ensure proper use of CRM tools.
• Drive omnichannel sales, analyse performance data and co‑create action plans with the Store Manager.
• Motivate the team to meet boutique and individual sales targets and propose commercial ideas.
• Organise energising briefings, maintain product knowledge, coach sales staff and support recruitment and induction.
• Maintain impeccable boutique environment, oversee stock management and ensure compliance with Richemont policies and sustainability standards.

• Awareness of the local retail environment and competitor activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
