About the role
Join JA The Resort as a Room Attendant and ensure every guest walks into a fresh, welcoming, and flawless room. Your attention to detail helps create unforgettable stays for our luxury resort guests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver beautifully cleaned and well‑presented guest rooms.
- Maintain resort standards of cleanliness and hygiene consistently.
- Replenish room amenities and guest supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly.
- Contribute to memorable stays, one room at a time.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hotel or resort role.
- Previous UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills, written and verbal.
- High school education or vocational certification.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Food Hygiene Awareness.
- Basic HACCP knowledge.
