RWA Product Marketing

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Product Marketing professional to drive the promotion and commercial implementation of Real World Assets (RWA) products across traditional financial channels. The role involves building relationships with institutional clients and executing targeted marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with brokerages, asset managers and other institutional clients to integrate RWA products into their recommendation pipelines.
• Develop channel strategies based on insights into client structures, compliance requirements and product preferences.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, co‑branded initiatives and exclusive institutional events.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Compliance, Marketing and regional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee the full partnership lifecycle from strategy communication to post‑event evaluation.
• Track and optimize channel performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AUM contribution and institutional engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably from traditional brokerages, banks or asset management firms.
• Strong financial acumen with familiarity of bonds, funds, structured products and REITs.
• Solid understanding of RWA concepts and protocols like Ondo Finance, Maple Finance and Centrifuge.
• Excellent English communication skills for coordination with international institutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects in a fast‑paced environment.
