Safety Agent - DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island

About the role

The DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a Safety Agent. The role spreads the warmth of hospitality by keeping the property safe and helping guests feel secure, while also assisting with investigations and responding to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols, monitoring interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats and undesirable conditions.
• Assist with investigations by conducting preliminary incident investigations, gathering information, documenting findings and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation by preparing and checking the accuracy of security reports and records.
• Respond to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents and security threats.
• Provide exceptional guest assistance by responding to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in Security, Health and Safety, Emergency Response or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in safety, security, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A strong commitment to keeping guests, team members and hotel facilities safe and secure.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
