About the role
The Safety Incharge team is seeking a proactive on‑site safety leader to ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and emergency response procedures across heavy‑machinery operations in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the on‑site safety team to enforce company HSE manuals and emergency response blueprints.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses for high‑risk tasks such as working at heights, confined spaces, and lifting operations.
- Drive daily and weekly safety audits, halting any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
- Lead investigations of near‑misses, accidents, or property damage and produce root‑cause analysis reports for management.
- Design and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and mandatory emergency drills.
- Ensure all operations comply with local regulatory requirements.
