Sales Account Executive – Mid‑Market & Enterprise SaaS

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑driven hiring platform looking for a high‑performing Sales Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for mid‑market and enterprise accounts. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, helping organisations accelerate their recruitment processes with Qureos’ AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage HR leaders, founders, and recruitment teams.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or Account Executive roles.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong ownership mentality, urgency, and commercial instincts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
