About the role

As a Sales Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for real‑estate agency clients using Bayut and dubizzle advertising solutions. You will help agencies maximise the value of their listings, improve visibility and generate quality leads.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of agency clients, building long‑term relationships.
  • Drive contract renewals, upsell and cross‑sell advertising products to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyse listing and lead performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of advertising solutions.
  • Provide market insights, pricing strategies and competitor activity.
  • Develop tailored growth strategies for each agency.
  • Improve listing quality, content and inventory strategy.
  • Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and present action plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to enhance client experience.

Required profile

  • Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • 3‑4 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of sales processes and solid understanding of the real‑estate advertising market.
  • Strong objection‑handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑experience focus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, goal‑oriented and able to exceed quotas.
