Sales Advisor

About the role

The Sales Advisor will drive used vehicle sales at CARIVA by guiding customers through the entire buying journey, from vehicle assessment to financing and after‑sale follow‑up. This role requires a self‑motivated, customer‑focused individual who can quickly build trust, close deals, and support the dealership’s marketing and inventory initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential buyers in person, by phone, and online, understanding their budget and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Deliver confident sales pitches, negotiate pricing, trade‑in values, and financing options while protecting profit margins.
• Conduct hands‑on assessments of used vehicles to determine value and ensure transparency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, updating availability, condition, and pricing.
• Support marketing by promoting listings on social media, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with the finance team for smooth transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an automotive‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in used automobile sales, preferably in a showroom environment.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Fluency in English and spoken proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi.

Required skills

• Basic AI tools for vehicle research, marketing content, or customer follow‑up messaging.
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and customer information.
