Sales Agent – Automotive

About the role

KAVAV is seeking a hunter‑style automotive Sales Agent to drive used‑car sales in the GCC region. You will engage prospects through multiple channels, understand their needs, and close deals while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and consistently maintain a monthly sales target.
• Handle walk‑in, phone, WhatsApp, website, and online leads professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
• Explain specifications, features, pricing, warranty, ancillaries and finance options.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales.
• Follow up with leads until the deal is completed.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the Dubai used‑car market.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Mandatory previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably used‑car sales.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good knowledge of car brands, models, specifications and market pricing.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.
