Sales Ambassador

About the role

Piaget is looking for a dynamic Sales Ambassador to lead and grow a sales channel in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, while building strong relationships with partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a sales channel (direct, online or retail) and set clear sales targets.
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies, monitor performance metrics and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate contracts, provide training and support to channel partners, and oversee the implementation of CRM processes.
• Identify new business opportunities, configure complex product‑service solutions and present them to customers.
• Control pricing and terms projects, negotiate with strategic partners and manage a portfolio of contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Collect market intelligence, represent the company at industry events and maintain compliance with external partner requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or B2B sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with partners and customers.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
• Understanding of channel sales processes and partner management.
