Sales and Events Manager

About the role

AlphaMind Group, a leading hospitality and lifestyle brand in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic Sales and Events Manager to drive revenue across its portfolio of restaurants, lounges and beach clubs in Dubai. The role combines proactive sales development with end‑to‑end event management, ensuring memorable guest experiences while meeting commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate venue bookings, corporate events and partnership opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects, nurture corporate accounts and secure strategic collaborations.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for assigned venues.
• Plan, coordinate and execute private events, corporate functions and brand activations, overseeing timelines, run‑sheets and vendor logistics.
• Collaborate with operations, food & beverage and marketing teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and key stakeholders, building long‑term relationships and driving repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and customised event packages.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and event documentation, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and event management within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
