Sales and Marketing Intern (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

A growth-focused organization is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support its sales activities, marketing campaigns, customer engagement and business development. This is a part-time, fully remote internship based in the UAE, working alongside experienced team members to gain hands-on exposure to market research, lead generation, digital marketing and customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, research target markets and generate new business leads
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Help create and organize marketing materials, presentations, promotional content and sales resources
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Assist with social media activity, customer inquiries and online engagement
• Support sales teams with lead tracking, follow-ups, proposal preparation and customer communication
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and marketing databases
• Monitor campaign performance and help prepare basic reports and summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams on promotional activities and business development projects, and share ideas to improve brand awareness and sales performance

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred)
• Previous internship, academic project or practical experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer service is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, initiative and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or digital marketing tools
• Interest in sales, digital marketing, customer engagement and business development
