Sales and Partnerships Associate

About the role

Kaii Lab is looking for a Sales and Partnerships Associate in Sheikh Zayed to drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. You will expand the client base, increase revenue and strengthen the brand's presence in the MENA region, focusing on monthly sales targets, client and partner relationships and the promotion of website design and development.

Key responsibilities

• Research consumers and markets to find potential clients and partners, and generate leads through targeted outbound activities
• Apply for requests for proposals (RFPs) across channels and attend lead welcome meetings, delivering presentations, estimates, proposals and contracts
• Understand client needs, respond to leads within SLAs and build relationships with new leads and existing clients
• Calculate and price projects from the Project Budget Sheets, then transfer client details to the Production Team via the BD2T and CR2T forms
• Write, quality-assure and deliver contracts, follow up on signatures and payments, and track the sales pipeline in the approved CRM tool
• Onboard new clients, communicate project briefs to teams, and help draft business plans, pitches and presentations
• Develop sales and retention strategies, write end-of-deal reports, and prepare quarterly sales reports and reviews
• Upsell current projects with the Production Team and measure and improve client satisfaction

Required profile

• Familiarity with the company's values, vision, mission, products and services
• Able to achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs
