About the role
Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities, supporting order preparation, processing and follow‑up. This position is open to Emirati nationals only.
Key responsibilities
- Support preparation, processing and follow‑up of sales orders and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track order status, deliveries and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents and data in relevant systems.
- Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing basic sales reports and maintaining sales records.
- Respond to routine customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team member.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
