About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Toys R Us in Dubai Mall, you will create a fun and welcoming environment for children and families while supporting daily store operations. You will help drive sales, keep the store organized, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and make a friendly first impression.
• Engage with children and families in an energetic, approachable manner.
• Provide clear product information and assist customers in selecting items.
• Handle transactions and thank customers as they leave.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.
• Suggest additional items and promote relevant offers.

• Assist with stock replenishment and basic store tasks.
• Follow store procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
