Sales Assistant – Retail (Dubai Marina Mall)

About the role

The Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver a friendly, efficient customer experience at the Ted Baker store in Dubai Marina Mall. You will maintain store standards, assist shoppers with product information, handle transactions and support visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Provide up‑to‑date product information and assist in fitting rooms.
• Thank customers on exit and invite them to return.
• Operate the cash wrap efficiently, process transactions accurately and offer gift cards.
• Capture customer data in the store database.
• Suggest additional items to increase average sale value.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and visual presentation standards.
• Perform housekeeping duties and adhere to dress code.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform light lifting.
