Sales Assistant – Retail – Maje Dubai Mall

About the role

The Sales Assistant will be the front‑line ambassador of the Maje store at Dubai Mall, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales. You will greet customers, provide product information, and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness, ensuring a sparkling and organized environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide up‑to‑date product information.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and proactively suggest additional items.
• Operate the cash wrap efficiently, process transactions, sell gift cards and capture customer data.
• Thank customers as they leave and invite them to return.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required).
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting.

Required skills

• Cash register operation.
