Sales Associate – Boutique Retail

About the role
The Sales Associate will deliver engaging, knowledgeable service to attract customers, generate quality sales and support the commercial performance of Bateel International's boutique in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and overall sales targets while demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, hygiene standards, and proper merchandise display.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and operate the cash register accurately.
- Prepare gift orders, record product usage, control shrinkage, and participate in monthly inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, report customer feedback, and communicate any issues to the Boutique Manager.
Required profile
- Presentable and fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- High school graduate or higher.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and overtime during high season.
Required skills
- Strong sales and customer‑handling abilities.
- Analytical skills to customize sales approach.
- Product knowledge of specifications and pricing.
