Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand in store, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising and ensuring a seamless retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products, promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for peak periods and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual guidelines, manage stock, record inventory movements and handle clearance items.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, balance the cash till, issue receipts and refunds while adhering to loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred.
• Professional grooming, flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.

Required skills

• Point of Sale (POS) system operation.
