Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand by driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role supports visual merchandising, maintains store standards, and assists the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with operational duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products while promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods, and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Ensure products are attractively displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock, including clearance items and inventory records.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash tills, process various payment methods, issue receipts and refunds, and follow loss‑prevention policies.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products, replenish the sales floor, and support overall store security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Professional grooming, flexibility for peak‑season schedules, and a keen eye for product details.
