Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Promote the loyalty program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain well‑groomed appearance and stay informed about product features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and manage stock, including clearance items.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash till.
• Record inventory movements and replenish the sales floor to ensure product availability.
• Follow loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑service role is preferred.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
