About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand by driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote the loyalty program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock, including clearance items.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash till.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory data for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow loss‑prevention policies and ensure store security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and brand offerings.
