Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand in a retail environment. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote the loyalty program and convert browsers into buyers using the GUEST sales model.
• Maintain store standards, ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed, and keep inventory records accurate.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts and refunds, and balance the till.
• Replenish stock, manage clearance items, and support loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is preferred.
• Professional appearance and flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of inventory and visual merchandising procedures.
