About the role

The Sales Associate will work on‑site in Dubai, welcoming customers, understanding their needs and providing product information to help them make purchasing decisions. The role involves handling sales transactions, processing payments and maintaining accurate documentation while supporting a clean and organized sales area.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage customers, answer queries and recommend products.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and operate the POS system.
  • Maintain a tidy sales floor, restock merchandise and support visual displays.
  • Follow up with customers, build long‑term relationships and contribute to store sales targets.

Required profile

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
  • Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
  • Organizational and time‑management abilities in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

  • Comfort using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Basic digital tools for sales, inventory and reporting.
